1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StormIt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StormIt is an AI-powered writing platform that provides tools for content creation, editing, and publishing. The Service includes AI-assisted writing, image generation, content planning, and collaboration features.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Service. StormIt does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant StormIt a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI tools within the Service is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing. StormIt does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse AI generation features
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or deepfakes

7. Subscription & Billing

StormIt offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StormIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
